Breathe cold air in a cone in front of you, dealing 422 to 585 damage to all enemies and slowing them by 35% for 4 seconds.
Time Warp

Energy Cost: 30
Activate to place a time rune on the ground. After 5 seconds, you will warp back to that location and restore 30% of your health.
Arcane Shield
Cooldown: 31.3s
Energy Cost: 40
Surround yourself with arcane energy, creating a shield that will absorb incoming damage for up to 50% of your maximum health. Lasts 6 seconds.
Ice Barrier
Cooldown: 47s
Surround yourself with a layer of cold air, reducing damage taken by 50%. While Ice Barrier is active, enemy melee hits will slow the attacker by 20% for 2 seconds. Lasts 6 seconds.
Ice Barrier will take aggro every second while it is active.
