Wave Defense

Wave Defense is the first PvE gamemode released on Warlords 2. The main objective is to beat waves of enemies by killing them all.

The maximum number of players is 4 per game, although you can play the game with less players. It is highly suggested that you play the mode with 4 players.

This mode allows beginners to easily get a taste of the Warlords PvE experience. It is also friendly to players who prefer playing alone.

The normal mode provides players with the classical Warlords PvE experience. Survive 25 waves of onslaught from blighted mobs to secure your victory.

The bosses have recovered and are back with a vengeance. Your objective is still to survive 25 waves, but mobs will now have 50% more HP, deal 50% mode damage, and have additional abilities.

With this gamemode, there is no end in sight. Kill as many enemies as you can to reach waves of mobs that your fellow players have never seen before!

Insignia is used for upgrading skills. The upgrades last for the duration of the game. Insignia is obtained by killing mobs and also after each round.

• In Easy Mode, you earn a base of 1000 insignia per kill.
• In Normal and Hard Mode, you earn a base of 500 insignia per kill.
• In Endless Mode, you earn a base of 250 insignia per kill.

Each ability has two upgrade branches with four tiers of upgrades. You can only select six upgrades for each ability. Once you have maxed out the aforementioned limit, you can purchase the Master Upgrade. The upgrade value can be accessed with the nugget in your 8th slot. The upgrade costs are as follows:

Tier I: 5,000 Insignia
Tier II: 10,000 Insignia
Tier III: 15,000 Insignia
Tier IV: 20,000 Insignia
Master Upgrade: 50,000 Insignia
